Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups gluten free oat flour
- 1 tablespoon ground psyllium husk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
- Sift or whisk oat flour, baking powder, psyllium, cinnamon, sea salt, and orange zest in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, almond butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and then fold in dried cranberries.
- Spoon batter into muffin pans and bake for 14-16 minutes.
