If you don’t like buckwheat, any gluten-free angel hair pasta will do.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 pound frozen cooked langoustine
- sea salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 pound gluten-free angel hair pasta

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cooked about 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook the pasta to al dente.
- To the sauce, add the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and salt and pepper. Keep warm.
- Drain pasta and add to sauce. Stir until combined over high heat. Remove from heat and stir in nutritional yeast.
