It’s hot outside, so it’s time to turn my chocolate avocado mousse into some nice cold dairy-free fudge pops! This version uses dates instead of honey which adds more fiber and makes this a well-balanced, delicious, summertime snack!

Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash salt
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup raw cacao

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into a popsicle mold and tap on counter to remove air bubbles. Insert popsicle stick and freeze until set. Enjoy!
